Cozy vacation in charming villa

Included in the rental price are bed linen, tea towels, washing-up liquid, detergent for the dishwasher and toilet paper. Both a Senseo and a Nespresso machine are available for making coffee. More information about bath towels, the mandatory final cleaning, our house rules and the cancellation policy can be found when filling in the reservation request. If you rent for more than one week, additional bed linen and tea towels will be made available per period of 1 week.

The house is suitable for 8 people and all rooms are located on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The property is fully fenced and has a gate so that you can lock the house at all times. A maximum of two dogs or cats may accompany the party. After departure, no trace of their presence should remain. This means that excrement in the garden and immediate vicinity of the house must be cleaned up.

The nearest supermarket is 2 km from the house and within a radius of 5 km there are several shops, bakeries and butchers.

For an overview of the activities on the circuit, we refer to the Terlaemen website. During training moments, you have to take into account the noise of engines during the day. In the evening, there is only one race a year, namely during the 24 Hours of Zolder.

Cycling

Ardilla is located close to the F5 cycle highway and the cycle route network, in the vicinity of junction 302. From this central location you cycle to the ponds of Central Limburg, the orchards of Haspengouw, the Kempen forests of North Limburg and the hills of the Hageland. If you are an avid track cyclist, don't forget to try out evening cycling on the race track.

But there is also the Velodrome which claims to be one of the fastest in the world !

And if that's not enough, you can cycle through the water on the Bokrijk domain (15 km) and through the tree tops on the Molenheide domain (20 km).

Hiking

A few minutes' walk through the quiet residential area or the forest, connects you to several hiking trails and brings you to the Bovy hiking park. Bovy is one of the gates of the park De Wijers and has a playground and petting zoo. By  the way, on hiking in Limburg you will find all the walking routes in the vicinity.

Shopping

After barely half an hour of cycling you are on the main square of Hasselt. Hasselt is known as a fashion city and you can shop to the fullest. Here you will find numerous restaurants and terraces, a number of museums, the Japanese Garden and many other exciting things.

After your booking request has been confirmed, you will receive an extensive overview of all activities and attractions in the area. It covers golf courses in the area, but cities of Tongeren and St-Truiden are also included. Limburg likes to promote its wine estates and the famous Hasselt gin.
